I really need to invest in a Scale. I am horrible at Math; I am not tipping Scale with Calories, but I seriously need to learn more about Ounces and Grams. So I can up the game in eating the Variety of things I choose, instead of sticking to the same things I normally eat.

Digital scales are pretty cheap in most supermarkets. It's not clear if you're talking about weighing food or weighing yourself. If weighing food, ounces are an Imperial measure.
One ounce is traditionally 28 grams, and one Imperial pound is 16 ounces (448g). One Imperial kilo is 2.2 pounds (952g).
In metric the equivalent to an Imperial ounce is 25 grams. One metric pound is 500g. One metric kilo is 1000g. So when weighing, try not to use both metric and Imperial, use one measure or the other, especially if you're baking! I hope I explained it clearly 😊1
