Just had my baby girl 7 weeks ago so I'm ready to lose this extra weight ๐. I'm also trying to up/not lose my milk supply while I do it so if any moms could give me advice that would be great ๐

Is this normal
I am not trying to lose or gain. I recently started working out a little over 2 weeks ago. I am struggling to eat back the brunt calories during the day. Some days I'm even struggling to eat maintenance calories w/o workouts included. I sometimes go to sleep, wake up a hour or 2 later hungry so I eat and go back to sleep.โฆ

Weight gain?
I just started working out a little over a week ago. I do at home workouts without equipment. How did I gain 3-4 lbs!?! I knew I've been hungrier but what?!?

Chocolate pudding
It's super filling. About 2 servings non fat greek yogurt, 1 scoop protein powder (all I had was vanilla, going to try with chocolate soon) 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tbsp stevia, 1 tbsp pb2, mix it all up. I left mind in fridge for about an hour, it got really thick. It needed a crunch so added about a cup ofโฆ

Are the calories burned accurate or do they aim high or low?? Or do u have a watch that tells u what u burned and what kind do u have??

Protein dessert
2 scoops of ice cream. 1 scoop of protein powder with a dollop of sugar free maple syrup. Was sooo good, tasted just like vday cake ice cream. Gonna get cookie and cream protein powder next :)

Food poisoning and weight gain
I've had food poisoning the past 2 days. (Bad eggs) And still dont have that big of an appetite. I stepped on the scale today and I've gained like 4. How?!?!?!

Cheat day
So I aim for 1200-1500 calories a day. With 1 cheat day a week. That day is friday or Saturday this week. I just added up what I'm having and it's around 3300. Will that mess up my whole week???

So I am 5 4 and weigh 110. Before the epidemic I was 107, I got there by diet. I felt confident and comfortable in my skin. I try to diet everyday but I always end up breaking by the end of the night. I just cant seem to. How do I get my self control back
