Chocolate pudding
It's super filling. About 2 servings non fat greek yogurt, 1 scoop protein powder (all I had was vanilla, going to try with chocolate soon) 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tbsp stevia, 1 tbsp pb2, mix it all up. I left mind in fridge for about an hour, it got really thick. It needed a crunch so added about a cup of frosted flakes. Soo good and soo filling, I was late for my workout cuz it was so filling lol

Yes and it will be even better with the chocolate protein powder.1

and a tsp of chia seeds with time in fridge to let them puff up - gives it a bit of a tapioca texture/mouth feel.
i have been adding a combo of chocolate whey protein powder and peanut powder and enjoy the blended flavor.0 -
