Do you believe the calories it says you burn playing??? And do you eat then back??

    You should eat back your exercise calories, but if you think those calories might be calculating to high, eat back half and adjust.

    The calories on the box vr are higher then my Apple Watch counted. Idk if the k is anything special. The label them as kcal.
