    If it's low in carbs and protein, you're looking at high fat foods. Fat is the only macronutrient left. Butter, coconut oil, olive oil, etc. If you can tolerate a little bit of carbs/protein, there's nuts, nut butters, avocado, fatty fish/meat, maybe some types of cheese.

    Um, why? You need some protein, at least, right?

    Keep in mind that your macro goals are just a guide, you don't have to eat some weird combo of foods at the end of the day to make them line up.

    If you are asking because your day up to now was too high in carbs and protein and you're trying to balance it out, don't feel like you have to eat a bowl of oil for dinner :smile: Just learn from it so you can tweak your meals better tomorrow.

    Avocado, chia, sesame and tahini, sunflower seeds,, pumpkin seeds, gemp seeds, hemp seeds, milk, coconut and coconut milk, macadamia nuts, other nuts and seeds and nut milk.
    Although these have protein they are high fat- firm tofu, herring.sardines, anchovy, mackerel.
    I am vegan but just to answer your question- these also- hard cheeses, goat cheese, etc.
    Meat of course, duck.

    Are you doing a generally higher fat- keto?
