Ok, so everyone has been telling me to measure my waist, hips, ect. But where exactly am I supposed to measure. Like for my waist...what is actually considered my waist haha? Is it where my pants sit on my body? And my hips... I need help:wink:

Today was my weigh-in day, and I've lost 4 pounds since beginning this site, and 6 pounds since beginning to eat right! Yay :)

Cooking as we speak
I need help...I thawed strips of boneless, skinless chicken breast, and put them into a tinfoil wrap with the seasonings and whatnot on it. How long to I need to bake this for?

How and how much
I'd like to lose at least 1/2 of my goal (11 pounds) by Christmas. Is this possible? How? What should I be doing to make this goal possible. I know I need to eat right, but is there anything else I should know. Secret exercises or anything haha? Fill me in pretty please :tongue:

Dinner...(quick question)
Ok, Subway seemed to be the dinner. So I went on their site, and found the 6 grams of fat or under subs. These all have low calories too. I have 558 calories to eat for dinner, and I know I should use all of them (give or take about 10). Is it ok to do two 6 inch subs from this menu?

I need to eat dinner on the go tonight, because I won't have time to sit down and eat. Any ideas for something I can order on the go that's healthy? I'm tired of Jimmy John's, and I have like 500 calories left for dinner! Thanks :)

What's the best way
Ok, I start working out tomorrow morning at 6:45. I obviously want to work out everything, but my main focus is my stomach. What is the best way to get rid of my tummy. The gym has a lot of machines, and I just don't know which would benefit me the most for my stomach :)
