Ok, Subway seemed to be the dinner. So I went on their site, and found the 6 grams of fat or under subs. These all have low calories too. I have 558 calories to eat for dinner, and I know I should use all of them (give or take about 10). Is it ok to do two 6 inch subs from this menu?

  • Just a warning about Subway... watch the toppings! They have all those tempting choices when you are standing there and the nutrition facts don't include a lot of them. Make sure you are planning to have the sub you are actually going to have.

I can't see why two would be a problem. You could always do baked lays with one, too. Up to you! Enjoy!

As long as the numbers add up. You can also do sides like the apples, raisens, yogurt, chips or a cookie.
    Enjoy:flowerforyou:

Thank you! I don't do toppings other than lettuce and mustard, because I'm so picky. So I think I should be ok :)

check out the sodium in them too. It's around 1/2 of your daily allowance in 6".

I did subway last night for dinner since I bowl on Wednesday and I got the 6-inch turkey on wheat no cheese/lite mayo, green peppers/pickles and mustard and then I got a small thing of apples. I still had calories left over but I couldn't eat any more. It took me everything to get the sub down. Well it is a great choice just have to watch the toppings.

    Good Luck.
