Ok, I asked sometime last week what was the best way to lose my belly...and everyone said CARDIO. What is the best kind of cardio though? Like will the elliptical trainer for 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week be ok?

Someone told me to do interval training when I asked this last week.
There was a setting on the elliptical for it. 2 minutes low resistance/incline and then 2 minutes high. Worked up a really good sweat! I have only tried it two times so far, but I'll let you know if it does lead to a smaller tummy b/c that is what I am working on right now.0
