Ahh...I need help

It says I'm eating too few calories. My target calorie intake is like 1300. What should I do? Throw some snacks in somewhere? And if so, what kind of snacks?

    I don't know if this is helpful, but I always love a little treat haha :) so if I have left over calories, I allow myself some ice cream or chocolate or something delicious! :)

    But if not, some good snack ideas are fruit, or crackers, or those 100 calorie packs you can buy. It's better to eat less more often than eat more, less often. Keeps your metabolism going strong and helps you lose faster! So yeah, snacks between meals is the best thing to do :) Hope that helps!:smile:

    First what are you eating a day? So I could tell you where to add snacks, etc.....

    How many more calories are you needing? If it's like 10 I wouldn't worry about it. If it's like 100 I would eat a snack. Yogurt and fruit is a good snack. Also fruit with PB or Cheese are good snacks.
