I'm sure you've all seen the little rice cakes that are flavored (cinnamon, carmel, ect) by the Quaker Oats guy. Are those actually ok for you, because they're fairly yummy?

  • I'm a pretty good fan of the rice cakes. they're low in calories and pretty much low in everything...depending on what flavor. they'd be a good snack if you just want to munch but don't want to rack up calories or fat. They don't however have any real significant nutritional value.

I literally just had 2 servings of them. They give you that sweet satisfaction and they low calories and fat free. I say go for it....

I have been addicted to them for probably 3 years. I spread 1/2 Tbsp of peanut butter and 1/2 Tbsp of honey on them and the fiber and protien fill me up without too many calories.
