In the food section I log Calories, Carbs, Fats and Proteins...how do I change the daily value I am allowed to have of each of these?

Being "Over" on Protein?
When I log my food for the day I'm almost always over on my "allowed" protein points. Is this a bad thing? I'm within range on the rest of the categories...

Steam Room?
Is a steam room safe for you? I just started going to a gym that has a steam room (or sauna...I'm not sure what the difference is, if there even is one). I hear they help you lose weight because they make you sweat but I'm not sure if they are safe. All opinions are appreciated ;)

I've managed to lose about 20-25 pounds since first beginning my journey, but I've been stuck between 145-150 for the past few months and just can't seem to get out of that range. Any ideas?

Do "good" carbs count against us?
I was logging my food for the day and I have like a 50-something carb limit. I had an apple during the day, which is like 20 carbs. But aren't these good carbs? If so should this really count against my carb intake? I hate this good carb/bad carb stuff...

Juice
I am craving juice! I'm sick of drinking diet soda all the time, and I hate drinking water, but I can't seem to find any juices that are good for me. Does anyone know of any juices that are ok to drink - I don't want to load my body up with bad-for-me ingredients!

Eating after Exercising?
Is this ok to do? I'm going to the gym at 4pm and working out for an hour or so, and then I'm supposed to go to my grandparents for dinner. I'm concerned that if I eat I will undo all of the hard work. What's your outlook on things?

Alarm Clocks
Does anyone know if they make an alarm clock where you can pre-set it to go off at two different times? How Much Can I Lose?
Lets just say I eat healthy (with a few splurges here and there, but nothing major), 1200 calories a day and I exercise 3 times a week (doing 30 minutes of cardio each time, since cardio is the way to burn fat). Do you know approx. how much weight can be lost by June 2009 by eating right and sticking to this exercise plan?

Detoxing
