Smoothies...

I don't know how to make a smoothie...I know, kind of silly right.

Any healthy smoothie recipes out there that any of you know of? And is there a way I can add more protein to a smoothie? I'm thinking about drinking a smoothie for my breakfast since it's simple and more on the go than what I've been eating. Thanks :)

    I have at least one a day lately..

    MRM Protein Powder is awesome.....only 2 g's of carbs and 18 g's of protein...no sugar and tastes really good

    I beleive in real milk but if you dont use, water even ok but milk is better

    1 scoop of the protein powder...vanilla and chocolate are both good
    1 cup of milk the whole milk for me...we need the fats
    if using vanilla I add 1/2 cup forzen blueberries and 1/2 cup of froizen strawberries
    sometimes I add a 1/2 cup of plain yogurt or ice to thicken it up

    it can seem lkike alot of cals but if you are working out you wnat the extra protein...
