Subtract BMR from exercise calories?
I was wondering, does anyone subtract their BMR rate from their exercise calories before entering them? MFP calculates my BMR as 1365 calories/day which is about.57 calories per hour. If I work out for an hour and burn around 600 calories, should I be subtracting the 57 that I would have burned doing absolutely nothing…

Bowlers lunges are killing my knees
I know what you're going to say, keep your knee over your ankle, don't let it go forward. But the thing is, THAT knee is not the problem. I think my HRM just flaked out.
I just did my current usual workout routine and my HRM estimates me burning about the same amount of calories as usual, however it says my max heartrate was 230......
