Flagels!
So I just looked in the tracker for a everything flagel. Generic one is 400 calories, Einstein Bagel one is 160 calories. I got mine from my local bagel shop. How many calories in a flagel!?

Poll: 30 DS users!
In spirit of me trying it again today... How much of a loss (weight or inches) have you seen at the end of 30 days? How do you stagger the days between the three levels of work out (evenly divided, more on one level, etc...) Do you combine 30 DS with any other workout? Has your stamina increased at the end of 30 days?

So sick of water-weight gain!

Exercise Bike
How do you guys track the stationary bike? I rode it for 30 min, breaking a sweat around minute 15 or so. The tracker asks for moderate, vigorous, general, etc. I put general and it's telling me 400+ calories, which seems like too much. WWYD? Thanks!

Help with a routine
Hey all, I don't have access to a gym, but I have a 25 lb body bar, a high resistance band, one of those thigh squeezer thingies and a shakeweight. I also have a really old exercise bike that I rarely use. What are some exercise I could do to help my weight loss?

Speed of Weight Loss Question
Hey all---Question for you. One of my big goals is to get down to a manageable weight for a friend's wedding/Disney trip at the end of June. Right now I'm 289 and my goal is 175. How close do you think I could get to my goal by the end of June? TIA!
