Does anyone use a protein powder as a meal supplement for weight loss (not just after working out)? Is there one you would recommend? TIA!

Well, I make myself protein shakes for snacks sometimes, if that's what you mean. And on a very very rare occasion if I'm super rushed, I'll grab a protein shake at the grocery store to sub for a meal if I absolutely have to, but that's very rare.
For the shakes I make at home, I use GNC whey protein powder. I have used Trader Joes whey protein powder as well. Both work just fine, and I prefer whey to soy as it seems to dissolve better. My typical shake is a cup of almond milk, a scoop of protein powder, and a handful of some sort of fruit.0
