Poll: 30 DS users!

In spirit of me trying it again today...

How much of a loss (weight or inches) have you seen at the end of 30 days?

How do you stagger the days between the three levels of work out (evenly divided, more on one level, etc...)

Do you combine 30 DS with any other workout?

Has your stamina increased at the end of 30 days?

  • My loss- 5lbs
    I did level 1 10days, L2 9 days, L3 will be 11 days tomorrow. I took 1-2 days break per week usually only one though.
    I've also done Pilates, yoga, turbojam, and C25K with it.
    I definately feel a difference in stamina, but I found with increased energy I could workout more and more.
    I measured last week and went from a 39 inch waist to a 33 inch one and thats awesome right there.
