Exercise Bike

How do you guys track the stationary bike? I rode it for 30 min, breaking a sweat around minute 15 or so. The tracker asks for moderate, vigorous, general, etc.

I put general and it's telling me 400+ calories, which seems like too much. WWYD?

    I usually go by my heart rate. If I was close to the max I put vigorous. If I was in the fat burning zone I put light to moderate.
