So sick of water-weight gain!

I've been playing around with the same few pounds for the past few months. When I finally go beyond that, what happens? A high sodium meal brings me back up. Ugh!
What do you do to get rid of it? Advice?

Drink 2-3l of water a day. That will help. And avoid sodium.0
