I was starving this morning at work and bought a tunda sandwich out of a machine ahhhhhhhh!:grumble: There wasn't any nutritional info and i don't know what to do!:sad: I still have a lot of calories left for today but i have no idea what to do! HELP!

I sit at a desk for 8hrs a day mon-fri.....Does anyone know of any exercises that i could do at my desk? Sometimes i hold my legs up as long as i can but thats basically it.:ohwell:

I would like to lose another 35 lbs by april 30. I have been losing pretty quickly and doing really well sticking to just under 1500 cals a day. Does anyone think this is possible??? I want to be under 200 for my birthday!!!!

6 LBS LOST!
I'm very excited i've been being really good for my first 2 weeks and i've already lost 6.5 lbs. I've tried so many times to lose weight and could never stick with it. But with the help of all you I know this time I will succeed! I can't wait to go home and ride my bike tonight!!

omg..... i just went on my last break at work and i was starving so i thought hey peanuts won't be too bad so i ate half the package! when i got back i looked and holy cow 330 calories for 2 oz of peanuts! It's a good thing i didn't eat all of them!

I don't know if i'm just an idiot, but everytime i try to put cycling into the exercise log it says it doesn't recognize it, HELP! I've trying cycling, bike, biking.... I need to know how many calories i'm burning!:grumble:
