If i adjusted my profile to not include any excercise at all could i take it day by day and just add in the exercise on my own to get a more accurate calorie count to lose the weight?:blushing:

You absolutely could...that's how I do it...then I know how many calories I can eat if I don't exercise at all...0 -

Hi meggie,
just over 1000 calories a day is too little. you are basically putting your body into starvation mode. please check out the advise on the following thread that explains this really well.
