tuna sandwich?

I was starving this morning at work and bought a tunda sandwich out of a machine ahhhhhhhh!:grumble: There wasn't any nutritional info and i don't know what to do!:sad: I still have a lot of calories left for today but i have no idea what to do! HELP!

    I would just figure it as 2 pieces of bread, 1 tbls of Mayo, and probably 4 oz of tuna. If it had egg I would add in 1/2 boiled egg. Or you could go to the website for the company that makes the sandwich. they may have it listed there.

    i had tried the website thing, and i did record everything individually i'm just worried it has a lot more calories then i know since it wasn't prepared fresh. Live and learn i guess! No more tuna sandwiches from machines!:grumble:

    Yeah I try to avoid those pre packaged things. Your figures are probably fairly close. If it's a little off and you end up going a little over one day it won't kill ya. Its actually good to go over on occation.

    Pre-made tuna sandwhiches are not always a good choice because they use real mayo and alot of it.
    (They are quite tasty-in their own way, though).
    I know a 6 inch from subway has 530 calories with 31 grams of fat.
