protein?

It's been really easy for me to stay away from "bad" foods, but everyday i seem to be going over on my proteins by at least a few points, will this hinder me from losing weight?

    I was actually wondering this as well, but I don't think so. Proteins are going to make you feel more full so you don't eat as much. I'd like to hear what others have to say about this as well though.

    my friend was taking in too many proteins and wasn't losing nor gaining no matter how much she worked out- she was eating low calories high in protein her doctor told her to ease up on the protein but she was taking in a large amount daily- just going over a bit everyday i dont think would hurt you in my opinion
