Stats 24, F 196lbs~ 37.6%bf~ Lift 4-5x/wk Zumba 2x/wk Walk 10-22k/day Ok so I have the fbChargeHR. And for the past 2 wks my avg burn is 4.1k-wk 1, 4k-wk 2. Workout schedule opinions
I'm starting stronglifts and c25k next week and wanted to do them together. My schedule would look something like this: Mwf- stronglifts then c25k, and all the other days will be rest days. Im thinking this should be fine given that I'd have 4 rest days and on every day I'd walk a minimum of 10,000 steps. Opinions?

Ok both together sounds insane but I wanted opinions. I wanted to start insanity in about 3 weeks. Right now I lift and do a bit of cardio. Got my rmr tested
Ok so I got my rmr tested and its 1683. I thought it would be worse because of the 5-6 months on the vlcd. Its surprisingly high to me. Now I wanted to use this number to calculate my maintenance for my reset and wanted to know what multiplier to use. I'm lightly active. But I think I'm between light and mod activity.
