question about resistance bands
Ok....I am new to the whole resistance training.... I just bought some resistance tubes from Wal_Mart (Gold's Gym Resistance Tubes) and it came with a workout DVD...Awesome 30 minutes...kicked my butt.... Here is the deal...I have no idea how to log it in my MFP exercise log... Any suggestions??

legs.....HELP!!!
Ok, I am wanting to work on my lower legs....calves and my chubby knees (ewww).... What are some good suggestions? I got a really easy calf exercise I do (I put the balls of my toes on a 3 inch book and raise up and down....REALLY works those calf muscles) Anything that really works for chubby knees???? Overestimating on my Food Log
Ok, I have to overestimate on my MFP food log because the servings that they have listed are usually more than what I eat...So, I am listing them as is and still staying within the allotted calorie intake for me.... Is that bad?! That means I am actually going under my caloric intake for the day.... Just curious...
