Ok, I was thinking....You know...you can burn A LOT of calories by gettin' it on...and by that I mean sex.
So, I thought..."I'm going to see if it is listed under cardiovascular in the exercise log". Can you believe it?...Its not listed!!! :laugh:
Too bad.....I think if it was, more people would jump on the calorie burning wagon and it would do tons for improving motivation and lifting one's spirit here on MFP...
Am I alone here? What do you think....? :bigsmile:

    Absolutely!!! High five!!! I totally count it as cardio :)
  • I totally agree!!! I lost about 7 or 8lbs 3 months before my fiance was deployed, and then when we weren't able to see each other for a month and now with his deployment, i have to WORK at losing weight. :grumble:

    it SHOULD be added.. cause once he returns from Afghan, I'll probably lose another 10lbs!

    I need to tell my husband that I am going to add it to my cardio routine (five to seven days a week) I think he will be thrilled! :laugh: :laugh:

    That was one of the first cardio exercises I looked for. It should definetly be listed, but I think it will be hard to gauge the calories burned without an HRM involved.

    hehe I've told the bf that we need to keep at it until I'm skinny. :embarassed: He just gave me a funny look.

    Although I wouldn't log it.... would just keep a mental note and be that much more happier when the scale is nicer :laugh:

    Depends on if you want to track beats per minute or thrusts :laugh:

    it really really should be under cardio...but i guess it depends on the couple...but if you do it 3-5 days a week and stick to it..both of you will see a difference=) Great for stress relief too

    Well, I am currently the one who is really on the Weight Loss Wagon....I need to get my husband concerned...he has gained a bit over the last 8 years as well..... Maybe we should both wear one..... Sort of a compitition of who is really giving it all they got during a romp :laugh:
