Tingling in toes while on elliptical???
Around 45 minutes into my workout on the elliptical my toes start to tingle on my left foot. And starts to get a burning feeling. It was only the two outer toes. Okay, I entered my servings. Then then when it ask for how many servings of how much...I put 8 servings...cause my recipe was 8. But, then over on the left for example it said 8 large eggs, when there were only 2 in the recipe...made meatloaf...the calorie count in the end seemed right....it that doing it correctly? 8…

This is my first week without a loss since I started...I'm really bummed :( I've been pushing myself hard on my workouts...and didn't loose this week.
