It sounds about right. Of course the more resistance, the more you will burn. Have you thought about getting a Heart Rate Monitor? Using a HRM will help you get more accurate readings :)

I'm 5'2" I started MFP at 151.5. I'm 37 and have a goal of 125ish. I'm at 136 right now. And just started strength training a couple of weeks ago. Gone from a size 12/14 to 6/8. You may need to eat more! You say your coming in under your goal each day. Try eating back most of your exercise calories. That worked for me :)

I log EVERYTHING I eat. I like to know exactly where I'm at for the day.

Thank you for this post. I just started weight training and I did not know about weighing after a rest day. I admit I weigh daily...and it's been going up slightly. But, I have to keep reminding myself that it is normal. I do measure once a week also. As long as the inches keep coming off...I'm happy!

Yes, bump it up! If your exercising that much, your not getting enough calories. I was in the same place and I bumped mine and I'm starting to lose again :)

I use a HRM and I usually burn 600-650 calories/hour.

I will try wiggling my toes :) It seems to get worse when I really get a fast pace going. I use my ellip at home, it's the only workout equip I have. So there is no switching it up. Thanks for all the quick responses :)
