Day 5 Level 2 done today. Much easier when alternating days.0

I see you guys have your group set already but I'll "join" as far as the video and posting. I lost a lot of inches in the first week of doing this, then I slacked off after hurting my tendon in my knee. I'm ready for it again starting tonight.0

Everyone is doing GREAT!!! I guess I was a wimp, I started out with 1pd weights...lol. But, I got 2pd ones today and used those. Can def tell the difference! I can tell my arms are gonna be sore in the morning!0

L1D5 done. Leg soreness much better today. Days 2 and 3 were excruciating. It was very painful to bend my legs to sit down or stand up. I'm still having trouble getting through the cardio part with the combination of jumping jacks and jumprope. I have to pause to catch my breath. I wish I had a HRM to see what my heartrate gets up to during this part. Those bicycle crunches are really hard too. The hardest for me are the push ups though. I am terrible at those.0

Day 6 Level 3 done. 156 calories burned. Didn't feel like doing it, but gonna hang in there for the long haul.0

Got through Level 1 Days 6 & 7 over the weekend. Took Sunday off and am back on it today. Gonna see how tonight goes to see if I'm ready to move up to level 2.... Here's hoping!0

Had to take a couple days off. My nose was so stuffy I couldn't breath to workout. However, I did my day 5 yesterday and I'm on to day 6 today.
Shredders - do you stick to Level 1 for the whole 10 days or do you just go to the next level once Lv1 gets too easy?0 -
Day 9 Level 3 done. I prefer to mix it up so I'm not using the same muscles day after day.0

I'm so frustrated....not sure if it is my DVD player (probably is) or the DVD, but I couldn't get the workout in today. I cannot advance on, it was only letting me get to Level 1, for now that's fine but now all I could get to was the credits or the introduction. I soooooo want to do this. My son said I could play it on the Wii, but that doesn't work!!!! Thanks for letting me vent!! :explode:0

AliciaD93 - Are you able to get to the main menu? I play it on my PS3 and I have to wait for all the crap in the beginning to go by and then I get to the main menu.
princesschic - so does that mean you are losing more? or it just makes your body feel better?

Level-1 day:10 complete off to level 2 tomorrow
Looking back on these last ten days i remember on day one thinking i was going to die trying to make it through the first work out
And now at day ten i owned the workout!0 -
Did level 1 day 3 today.
I guess its a little easier but its still really hard. I have trouble with the first strength part. The arm thing with the weights kill my arms. And the lunges those are really hard too. That when I really feel it in my butt.
How heavy are the weights you are using?
missed this before. 3 pound weights. Now its easier but still a challenge.0 -
Today was day 9. Took Sunday off (unplanned). But I am thinking I want to move on to level 2 for a change. So not sure if I will do day 10 on level 1 or go ahead and do level 2 then add an extra day to level 2 or 3.0

L1D10 done. Improving on the push ups that I could hardly do 2 of on Day 1. I'm a bit afraid of moving on to L2 tomorrow though... can't imagine this workout getting harder!!!0

I regret having taken Sat and Sun off due to my congestion and stuff. If so I would be on day 9 today. I forgot that I cleaned all day on Friday and was too tired to do the workout on Friday so I'm a few days behind. So technically, i'm on day 8 today.
Grrr....but I do include her JM NMTZ workout a few days a week. LOL0 -
dont feel bad i took sat sun and monday off. Im going to start level 2 tomorrow, im hoping that its not so hard on my lower back. I have read a couple peoples comments that it was tough on their lower back. i spend way too much at the chiropractor to mess it all up. I do think that doing level one exercises have helped strengthen my back some though. The only thing that sort of hurts is the dumbell rows with the squatting down move. Hurts in my bones to be crouched like that. I can definately tell a difference since day one.
the hardest move for me is the side lunge with the arm raise. my arms feel like they will fall off during that so i bet level 2 will leave me armless0 -
Moved on to Level 2 last night.... So, D8 L2 done. It felt good to work different muscle groups. Just about fell over though doing the balance one leg, lift your weights and kick exercise... LOL0

Day 11 Level 2 done. My endurance still sucks as well as my balance.0
