How bad is it to be way under calories?

i'm a bit disappointed today. i have a problem with mindless eating - some days no matter how much i eat, i just want to eat more and more. thought i was getting the better of it, since the last few days i've been under my calorie goal and not at all hungry. turns out i'm just coming down with a cold. boo!

Good Idea... Bad Result
