so close, but where has my motivation gone?

between December last year and march this year I managed to drop 18kg on a very strict diet program. now I only have 4 to go but I'm finding it so hard to motivate myself, and I'm finding myself thinking 'it's ok to have that fatty thing/treat/extra bit, you've done so well' when I really shouldn't be eating it, and have been making excuses to skip the gym (i've got a cold/i'm too tired from work/i'll go tomorrow).
Where has my motivation gone? I don't want to slip back to my old weight or old ways.

    it's not as bad as I thought. I've been back to the gym, and not only am I not dead, I got the same fitness test result as the last time I was there. I'm so pleased with myself I'm writing this sitting in my car outside the gym with my sweaty body steaming up the windows!

    Don't make the mistake of fearing the almost-new-you!!!! Don't be afraid of all the free time you'll have when you're not feling bad about the way ou look! I know we don't know eachother, but seriously! Get into it! Get a new workout DVD, or do 8 min abs & 8 minute legs off of youtube!!!!!!!!!! GET YOUR FOCUS BACK!!! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!
