Need help with a recipe please!!
Ok so i would like to make a healthy dinner for me and my 2 grandparents. I want to Make chicken breast and have some steamed asparagus. The only problem is that i dont know what else to add to the meal. I have a recipes for a seasoning of the asparagus but what how can i fix the chicken??

non-processed foods??
On top of getting healthier and exercising i would like to stop eating so much processed foods. I am Vegetarian so i buy things like Tofu, boca, and morning star products. I recently decided to research all the medications i am on. I am Taking both Wellbutrin and Cymbalta(both for depression) i have been on both of them for 6 years and i'v noticed changes. Ok so last night i was getting ready to go to bed for the night and i decided to try on a pair of pajama bottoms that i hadn't worn in MONTHS!!! to my surprise they fit and they were actually a little bit baggy :D i was so excited i went around the house telling everyone!!

Tracking calories in strength training???
I am doing cardio 2 times a week and strength 2 times a week i can track my cardio just fine but when it come to strength training i have no idea how to track the calories burned..any ideas?

SODIUM!!!!
I checked my sodium today and i realized i am over by 700..what can i do to help lower my sodium intake? I've given up pop (sometimes i will have a sprite but thats rare), i haven't had fast food in a long time i eat fruits and veggies i'm just not sure what else i can do. i do eat frozen food mainly my boca burgers

I just recently joined a gym and when i was talking to the trainer she said to do circuit training for two days a week(every other day) then cardio for the other two( i only plan on going 4 days a week. How can i do this without getting bored or unmotivated?
