On days that i exercise should i eat back the calories i burned off? i have seen many varying opinions on this and i was curious as to what was healthy to do.

A little theory for you. Say you are on 1500 calories daily with a 500 calorie deficit. Say you burn of 500 calories from exercise. Now you have a 1000 calorie deficit! So that is why you need to eat it back.

A little theory for you. Say you are on 1500 calories daily with a 500 calorie deficit. Exercise increases your calorie deficit, why is why you would need to eat it back.
