Breakfast Ideas

Ok so i want to get up in the morning and go for a walk/jog then eat breakfast once i get back.. i'm not sure what is a decent breakfast though. I was thinking either egg whites or oatmeal with like an apple or something but to be honest i have no idea what i'm doing when it comes to eating healthy. I just started this journey. Any pointers? please and thank you!

    Usually I have 2 eggs and a bowl of high-fiber oatmeal. The protein and fiber help make you feel fuller longer. Otherwise, I'll have 2 eggs and 2 pieces of turkey bacon.

    I'd recommend some protein since having only carbs can spike your blood sugar and leave you feeling hungry a lot sooner (especially if you're eating cereal that is high in sugar or low in fiber).

    Yogurt with fruit would be good.

    My husband usually has a banana and a fiber bar, or a meal replacement shake.
