I cannot recommend the book Appetite for Reduction highly enough. It is vegan so some of the ingredients might be too out there for you (like nutritional yeast) but most are easily adapted to add in some animal products if you want them. All the recipes are low-calorie, low-fat and high in fiber. There are no processed foods and the emphasis is on eating whole high fiber meals. Plus it's delicious, the OMG oven onion rings are actually better than the junk food version.
