I just recently started a youtube vlog and i was wondering is anyone else has one? if so have you found any benefits in it? If you are interested my link is http://www.youtube.com/user/XmsXjade?feature=mhee

I plan on doing an update at least once a week..maybe more if i have something on my mind

    Wasnt able to watch the video coz I'm online from my phone now. But I will when I gr a chance! I used to have a makeup channel lol was fun but it took over my life..

    I've been thinking about starting one. I think it would help keep me accountable. When I have searched youtube for weight loss vlogs before it seems like many people don't keep up with them. So it would be motivation for me to keep going because I always wonder if those people stopped because they stopped trying to get healthy and lose weight.
