I don't understand week 6
It feels like going backwards. I conquered the 20 minute run in week 5 (I actually ran 21 minutes, 2.3 miles) so to go back to having walking breaks feels like going backwards? Should I stick to it or move onto week 7?

Running - Heat or Ice?
I'm currently doing the C25K and have stepped up my running. Sometimes after a run my knees or shins or calves are sore. Sometimes (albeit rarely) they feel a little swollen - which I am guessing is due to running on pavement from never running before. 100m Sprint times?

Sore Knees?
Hey guys, Had a monster workout on Monday, hit my PB for squats at 70kg (154lbs) so that made my quads have super doms. That night I also did week 2 day 2 of C25K. So next day, obviously had major DOMS, which by yesterday had mostly subsided. However, when I went to run week 2 day 3, my knees were very sore. Not so much…

3 month weight gain! (almost 10kg)
This is me at about 63kg in November This is me last week at just shy of 72kg Goal is to hit 80/85kg and review. Couldn't have done it with MFP and my MFP friends. :happy:

Deleting friends?
I'm curious as to what criteria you have for deleting friends. For me, if I can see they have periods of absence followed by a few days of logging in, absence again etc, they get deleted. But what about people who have opposite goals? Or people who want to lose weight yet eat crap in their diary? People with ED's? Discuss…
