I am working real hard at eating up to my calorie goal each day and after my main meals i ussially still have alot of calories left but not much sodium left. Does anyone know of any good high calorie snacks that are low in sodium and also dont have alot of sugar either??

To Much Sodium
Will I not lose weight if I am going over my sodium goals? I am always under all my other goals except sometimes sugar because I eat alot of fruit to and im drinking plenty of water but I have trouble staying under the goal set for sodium.
