30 Day Shred

I am starting the 30 day shred today but do not own a HRM yet so im not sure how many calories i've been burning when working out. For anyone else on here who doesnt have an HRM what do you label it as when recording your exercise? I know that I need to get one and I want to but christmas isnt far away and I need to leave some stuff for people to buy me lol apparently im hard to shop for.

I just log it as "Cirquit Training"... I know it's not exact, but it's a decent estimate, and I can't afford a HRM either!! :frown:0
