Loss of support
Does anyone else miss their newsfeed? Mine of my biggest support systems was ripped away, and it still hurts. I miss the support I received from friend I had made in ver the years of using this app. Now I am limbo. The support team said to make a group to include all my friends so we could still interact. Not the same and…

I am wondering how you progress in yoga to more advanced poses. I mostly practice my yoga at home with YouTube videos since I am unable to practice in an actual class. For instance, if I wanted to progress to the Crow pose or a head stand, are there other poses to should concentrate on to help prepare me so that I will…

Nutrition for Gaining Muscle
So, if I wanted to eat to promote muscle gain, what types of things should I be eating? I am completely new to this and have no idea where to start. Should I be focusing on a certain percentage of carbs, protein and fat? I'm getting ready to turn 50 and realizing I'm losing a lot of my muscle tone I had when I was younger.

Yoga question
Does anyone know if it is typical to feel nauseous after finishing a yoga session? This has happened a third time now. I have never experienced this with any other type of workout/exercise. Well, the scale went up again today. I know that I shouldn't let a number on the scale mess with my mind, but it does sometimes and today is one of those days. Swinging Hyper????
I just had blood work done with my doctor. With the results, my doc thinks I might be swinging toward being hyper. I’ve been hypo for over 9 years. This is a totally new area for me. I was wondering how symptoms differ from being hypo and hyper. I still have hypo symptoms. Can that mimic hyper symptoms? I am so confused.

I know that soy is a big, big no no with throid issues. Until reading a recent posts, it never occured to me to check the foods I've been eating for soy. Just so tired...
Today was my weigh in, and I'm up two pounds. This week wasn't a good one eating wise so I know why those two pounds came back. I feel I have to work so hard just to get one little pound off and I messed up. It'll take me a month just to get one back off. Just needed someone who would understand how hard this is.

Lowering Cortisol Levels
I know that cortisol levels are related to stress levels. One of my docs told me that my cortisol levels are high and that I wouldn't really be able to loose much weight until they come down. However, she was not very helpful in explaining to me how to go about lowering my levels. Any suggestions would be greatly…
