Blackberries

I have a bunch of fresh blackberries. What are some good recipes or ways to fix them?

    freezer jam. It's just berries, sugar, and instant pectin.

    I just put a little balsamic vinegar on them and eat them that way.

    This is my Apple butter but if I had some extra berries, I'd make jam.

    How many blackberries? If I have no time I'd lay them out in a single layer not touching on a metal cookie tray and freeze them. If repackage in a ziplock.

    I do this as well. When I see them on sale I stock up and freeze them for later use. I thaw them and put them on cereal or oatmeal. I've added them to smoothies and yogurt as well.

    I do this,freezing them dry. Easy to pour out the amount needed. Love them in smoothies,or just to eat with a light sprinklling of sugar.They are great in a pie or cobbler & mixed with other berries.

    maybe freeze them for a nice treat? they also taste great with yogurt
