Lost MFP Pals
I haven't logged into MFP in the last three days. I logged in today and I noticed that I have lost over half my pals. Are there any people out there who will accept me as a friend when I don't log in for 3 days.

Questioning my calories allowed in a day
I am allowed 1,350 calories in a day. To me this number is pretty low considering my BMR is 1,756. Should I not go by what MFP has calculated and just go with the BMR minus 200 calories a day because I am trying to lose weight. NEED ADVICE

Sodium
I am reading labels calories, fat,, protein I am going crazy cuz I printed of my food log thinking I was doing good always under calories for the last week and I am averaging 2300mg of sodium. IS that too much sodium per day. What amount of sodium should a person have in a day???? Please help
