Hi, I decided to join my fitness pal because a friend referred me. I have been counting calories and loggin all workouts for the past 6 days. I love it that I am more accountable for the things I chose to eat. I am scared to jump on the scale for fear of no weight loss. I am looking for friends to encourage me and help me on my way to a healthy lifestyle.

    Welcome, and feel free to add me. Try not to be discouraged if there's no change right away. Sometimes it takes time, but keep up with it and it will definitely be worth it! :)
