How much sleep is enough? If you don't get enough sleep, wil that effect your weight loss? I work 3rd shift...when i am working it is hard to get in exercise and basic household funtions and stil get 8 hrs sleep.

:sick: I hate the taste of plain water!!! trying to get my water in with a big glass, lots of ice and a straw i use crystal light packets or Great Value drink mix packets that are totally sugar free I love sweet tea but have learned to use splenda no carbonated drinks anymore :bigsmile:
