I eat a lot of protein since I'm trying to gain muscle while i lose weight, you could try protein shakes. I buy Isopure Peach Mango and use a half scoop with a cup of unsweetened almond milk and a half cup frozen strawberries. Comes out like a thick strawberry shake, and doesn't taste funny at all! That's about 25 grams of protein. If you use milk, it would bump that number up to 37 grams of protein.

I also like to make what I call high protein chili. I might use anything from ground chicken, ground turkey, etc. Obviously, I prefer ground beef so I just buy the 93% lean. For 1-2 servings, I brown 1/2lb of lean beef with 2tbsp tomato paste, 1/4 cup-1/2 cup beans,1 cup water and add spices/more water from there until I get the desired thickness and taste. It's one of my favorite meals to make and can easily make a lunch and dinner, or one meal completely. The meat alone ends up coming to 46 grams protein, not including the beans or if you choose to add cheese on top.

Hmm.. I also like making spicy chicken and cheese "burritios." I make them using Mission's Carb Smart Large Tortillas, 1 can Great Value Chunk Chicken cooked with hot sauce, 1 serving cheese, and anything else desired (beans, etc) before rolling into a burrito. Now, I don't use ALL the chicken. What I do usually, is cook the amount I want and save the rest for dinner for chicken soup. I just add water, a bouillon cube, and maybe pasta or rice and whatever else to the soup. Comes out good!

    Hope this helps!
