    I've never had it, but I use red wine vinegar on pretty much everything

    I try to take 2 TBS a day...I add it to my water
    somedays I don't get it in though
    I found it helps with fluid retention, I am one of those people who retain alot of fluids no matter what
    My DR calls me a 'LITTLE SPONGE"...:huh:
  • I have in the past, but only for about two weeks at a time. Mainly because I forget.

    I use it to help with an upset tummy. I take 2 tbsp straight. It's hard to choke down, but helps alot.

    I forget too, but like i said before..it really helps with fluid retention for me
    when i forget too much i can tell i have a real puffy, bloated feeling especially in my legs and thighs:huh:
