I have been reading up on TDEE and some people say eat back and some say no so I am asking: I exercise 6 days a week. That includes Cardio and 3 days of lifting. I am 38 and weigh 169.2. BMR 1526 TDEE 2632 20% 1974 Do I eat back my exercise calories or just stick to 1974?

Macros Question
I have custom set my Macro's, but I don't know how to set them properly. I am 169.2lbs, 5ft 8.5" and I work out 5 days a week. My calorie intake is set at 1800. What should I set my Carbs, Protein and Fat to be? I lift 2-3 times a week and the others I do cardio.

TDEE
I Know that this is commonly asked. My BMR is 1536 My TDEE is 2381 My Daily is 1905 On the day that I am not working out, how many calories should I be eating? Also if my daily is 1905, am I eating back my exercise calories? I am 5ft 8.5", 171.8lbs and I would like to be at 135lbs.

Yesterday I went out and bought a pretty high end scale that does everything except wash the dishes. I was very surprised to see how off I was with all of my food. I am working out twice a day, 6 days a week. I do strength training in the morning and cardio at night. Cardio or Fat Burn
When I am working out it gives me an option of Fat burn or cardio. Which is better? I am trying to lose weight. Isn't a calorie burned from either program the same?

TDEE
I just looked up my TDEE and it says 2384. If I take 20% off that it is 1907. Does this mean that I should be eating 1907 calories per day? If I exercise and burn off 500 calories, do I eat them back? I am just confused by it all. I am trying to lose 42lbs.
