My Good Cholesterol Levels are too low

How do I go about fixing this? It should be 1.5 or higher and I am at 1.15. Should I worry?

More fish or fish oil and other sources of omega-3 fatty acids. Other healthy fats from nuts, avacados, olive oils, coconut oils. More physical activity can help as well.0
