Back Fat

I have been working out for about 2.5 weeks now and I am wondering what exercises or weights you have to do to lose the back fat?

    You lose fat (we do not get to pick from where) by eating at a caloric deficit. Loss is not linear so just keep at it and you will slim down. Add some weight training if you aren't already because it builds LBM and that increases your metabolism and burns fat mroe effectively.

    As I'm sure a bunch of people are about to tell you, you can't lose fat from just a particular location, you have to lose it all over. There are individual differences in where it starts coming off first.

    Thanks, I have been lifting weights and watching what I eat, I guess I will have to be patient and wait.

    A combination of exercise and a calorie deficit. There really is no other way to get rid of fat than just plain hard work and dedication.
