Protein!!!
Any one have any protein suggestions for someone who only eats meat every other day? I do protein shakes on occasion, but heard its not good to do a lot while breastfeeding...or at least thats what it says on the container.

Plateau...
I have reached a plateau in my weight loss. Any suggestions on how to amp up my loss? I have a 6 month old so some days I can only get a 30 minute workout in. I eat @ 1200-1500 cals a day, depending on the day.

Breastfeeding calories
Should I be adding breastfeeding to my food diary? It says that I can subtract 500 calories. If that is true (since I only eat about 1200-1400 a day...and I can not eat more than that), then after exercise I am only getting about 500 calories or so a day. Is this correct?

Heart rate when exercising
My heart rate gets up to 180 when I do my 30 day shred. Is this too high. I feel fine though. I am 35 female 137 lbs 5'4 and no health problems that I know of.

I am reading everywhere that if you are exercising everyday you should "eat your exercise calories." I have calorie intake set at around 1200. Can you loose weight at a decent rate if you mainly walk (fast) with the incline? I use to jog but hurt my knee a year ago, so jogging on the treadmill is hard for me.

Can anyone recommend good leg/calisthenic exercise that isn't so hard on your knees? I injured my left knee jogging last year. Even lunges hurt it. I mainly am wanting to work on my thighs, butt, etc.

Smart Ones/Weight Watchers
Anyone had any luck loosing weight by mainly eating Smart Ones Weight Watchers microwave meals? I usually prefer making my own food from scratch, but I like the idea of a portioned meal and since I have 5 kids (one of them thats 5 months old) I don't always have time to plan elaborate meals.
