What is this 30 day shred I keep reading about? Where do I get info. on it? I would love to do something like that.:love::love: :love:

    It's a DVD by Jillian Michaels. It's incredible. Totally transformed my body!
  • It's a workout DVD by Jillian Michaels. You can get it at Walmart or Target for like $10! It's about 30 minutes long and has 3 levels. You do each level for 10 days then move on to the next level. It's a pretty intense workout with weights, cardio, and ab exercises!

    I did the 30 day shred and really felt great afterwards...then I went on to do "Ripped in 30" which kicked my butt for the first two weeks! I'm still in the midsts of it, but it works you out GREAT in 20 minutes. Excellent for those who dont have a lot of time to work out.

    You can get the video on Amazon (you can download it onto your computer instantly or order it in the mail). Aside from the video, all you need are some hand weights. If you are new to exercise, it will be really challenging. If you do some exercise, its still challenging but doable. I'm only on day 4 so I haven't really seen results yet, but I can already tell I'm getting stronger. I started out having to do all the pushups on my knees and now I can do about 15 regular push ups before modifying them to make them easier. People seem to lose more inches than pounds but that is fine by me. I am hoping for a flatter stomach :smile:
